Welcome to Next Level Virtuals. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules and guidelines for using our website, services, and support. By accessing our site or engaging with our offerings (such as strategy calls or VA matching services), you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms.

At Next Level Virtuals. we match you with a Filipino Virtual Assistant who fits your needs, then facilitate onboarding and ongoing support. Services may include (but aren’t limited to) tech setup, content support, LTK/affiliate assistance, funnel launches, and admin operations.

A signed service agreement or contract is required before your VA begins any work. All agreements are customized based on your needs, availability, and level of support. We provide continuous support to ensure smooth collaboration between you and your VA.

We operate under a weekly payment model. Rates are agreed upon in writing and will reflect the service level and scope. 60% of your payment supports agency operations, training, and tools while 40% goes directly to your VA. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due weekly and must be settled promptly to avoid service interruptions.

Strategy Calls: At least 24-hour notice is appreciated for rescheduling or cancellation. We’ll accommodate as best as possible.
Ongoing VA Support: Please notify us in writing at least one week in advance if you wish to pause or end services. Final billing will reflect your service agreement terms.

We respect your privacy and safeguard your information. All sensitive documents or access provided will be secure and confidential. Your shared tools, accounts, and assets are used solely to serve your project and will not be shared externally.

While we ensure high-quality support, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results (e.g., revenue growth, social engagement). Next Level Virtuals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of our services. Our responsibility is limited to services provided as agreed.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If any material changes occur, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of our website or services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
